Founded in 2018, Palm Moments started as a mobile bar with a simple idea—creating cocktails and drinks using fresh, natural ingredients. It has since evolved into a café-restaurant with the same vision for innovative menu offerings while fostering inviting spaces where creatives and individuals feel at home —rather than having a one-off dining experience.
As a creative hub and a co-working space, Palm Moments bring together professionals and individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds to form connections, share experiences, and exchange knowledge and resources in their creative and career pursuits. Our kitchen serves as a center bridging traditional methods with classic food and ingredients, introducing new twists that still feel like home while promoting agriculture and food sustainability in Ghana.

Anastasia is a multidisciplinary creative and hospitality expert with nearly a decade of experience in curating spaces that inspire comfort, connection, and belonging. As the founder of Palm Moments, she blends food, community, and design to redefine hospitality—creating environments that feel like home. Her work is rooted in intentional living, shaping experiences where people feel seen, nourished, and empowered to thrive.
